Kerja oooo kerja

Dalam minggu ni terasa stress btul dengan kerja. banyak perubahan terpaksa di buat atas permintaan client dan juga top management. Selagi pertukaran ni berlaku next phase tak boleh nak jalan. Tunda lagi tapi deadline untuk keseluruhan nya tetap sama. Isk Isk Isk

Nak buat camana dah lumrah kerja ada pasang dan surut, sibuk dan lapang, gembira dan sedih.

Stress Arrest

Your neck and back muscles feel taut. You're breathing hard and your heart feels like it's going to pump right of your chest. A long time ago, our forefathers experienced the same symptoms of stress. But instead of getting stuck in traffic jams or dealing with difficult clients, they worried about whether they could hunt anything down for dinner.Stress attacks everyone, whether you're the CEO of a maker company or a lowly-paid clerk. But not everyone suffers from the same type of stress. You're suffering from acute stress if stress attacks only when you're under pressure due to deadlines and problems at hand. The most common form of stress, acute stress is short-term and usually disappears once the stress factor is gone. Sadly, it also leaves you with a major headache and also an upset stomach.Chronic stress is what you should be worried about. A prolonged type of stress, it can take its toll on the mind and body. Unemployment, increasing standards of living and dealing with a dead-end relationship are major stress factors as they ignite feelings of helpless and lack of control. We may not be able to change stressful situations but we can control they way we react to these conditions. The first step is to identify the warning signs.



Stress SignStress causes hair loss and ultimately white hair as it shuts off supply of nutrients meant for the roots. Outbreaks of eczema and psoriasis can also be linked to stress. Stress can trigger off headaches, irritability, anxiety, depression and insomnia while asthma is made worse by stress. Moth ulcers are often symptoms of stress as are stomach ulcers, gastritis and increased cholesterol levels. In men, stress can result in impotence and premature ejaculation.

The bad news is, stress can be deadly. Accumulated stress has been linked to heart failure and high blood pressure. In Japan, stress claims the lives of 10,000 Japanese men a year. The good news is, you can manage stress by being conscious of the situation and dealing with the pressure so that it doesn't become a danger to your health.

Ways to de-stress
[D] Deep breathing
The moment you feel tense, your breathing starts to become shallow. Stop hate you're doing and concentrate on taking in big gulps of air. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Deep breathing helps to calm you down and get your heart rate back to normal.


[E] Eat well
Eating small meals and munching on healthy snacks several times a day help keep your blood sugar levels from fluctuating. A rich supply of omega-3 fatty acids from mackerel and sardines will help your nervous system function properly.



[S] Sleep well
A good night's sleep can make a world of difference. You're less likely to be grumpy anxious, and tense the next day. You'll be able to functions better, think faster and be more alert at your workplace.
[T] Tune in to some music
Whether it's pop music or orchestral number, music is said to soothe the nerves and help you cope with stress-related rises in blood pressure. It's cheap safe, enjoyable and has no side-effects.
[R] Relax
Though easioer said than done, tehre are special techniques taht you can learn to help you relax. one of these is called progressive muscle relaxation. You can do this either lying down or leaned back on your chair. Ideally, the place should be dimly lit and quiet. Spread your arms to your side withyour palms facing upwards. Make a tight fish with both hands and tense your entire body for 10 seconds before releasing. Now start from your feet, contacting and relaxing the muscles, like before, working your way up your legs, buttocks, back, chest, arms, neck, shoulders and face. This method is alos useful for curing insomia.




[E] Exercise
Stress depletes your energy levels and makes you fat. Stress prompt the release of the hormone cortisol which breaks down muscle proteins, hinder fat burning and causes fat to build up your body. Working out at the gym will overcome all these by burning off calories, reducing stress levels and enhancing your energy levels. A brisk walk is also a good way to work off the steam and leave you in a better mood.


[S] Scalp massage
Use your finger tips to tap your scalp followed by your forehead. This supposedly gives you a quick energy boost and clears you mind. Giving yourself a scalp massage is one stress relief tension in your head. Plus, it's one stress relief method you can practice in the office without drawing curious stares from your colleagues. With the tips of your finger tips, start from the tops of your head and work your way down to the neck.


[S] Save a stray
Pop by animal shelter like SPCA or PAWS to adopt a cat or dog. Pets are said to lower heart rates and reduce stress levels. Plus, you'll be helping to save an animal by giving it a home. And we all know how doing good deed always makes us feel better, don't we?
